I had the best seat in town to see the street rods that visited our town last weekend, my driveway! The Mid-America Street Rod Nationals were in town for their annual show   which means that most of them are staying in hotels not far from me. From very early Friday morning thru Sunday they were driving up and down my road. I stepped out and pulled up a seat along with my camera and tripod and spent an hour or so waving at all of them driving by. Some of the pics I got show that they were in motion, but after a little while the traffic backed up and I even had an opportunity to speak with a few as they waited. This is an annual event that I've had a front row seat since I moved here, and I enjoy it every time!
