Since it's too darn cold to go outside right now I decided to find something inside to share with you today. I bought this Goldfinch figurine at an apple orchard last Fall and have been wanting to share it with everyone anyway. It was the same place I bought the folk art horse I showed in my implied presence article earlier this week. I love folk art  like this and I hope you do too!

The backdrop I'm using is also new. Instead of building a backdrop, I purchased a 3-sided display board, the one I used here as you can see is black, I also got one that was a light blue. It sets up either on the floor or on a table, it's almost 3 feet tall and 28" wide. The side panels fold in so it will stand nicely. It really worked well for what I wanted and was under 5$.
